Where we deliver

Paw Mahal ships to every city in Pakistan — Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta and beyond.

International orders (Dubai, London, Toronto) — email us for a custom quote.

Flat Rs. 300 delivery anywhere in Pakistan.

Free delivery on all orders over Rs. 8,000.

COD is available across Pakistan on orders up to Rs. 20,000.

Prepaid orders (bank transfer / card) get priority stitching.

Every piece is made to order — please allow 5–7 working days for stitching.

Once shipped: 2–4 days to major cities, 4–7 days for remote areas.

We accept size exchanges within 7 days of delivery. The piece must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags and original packaging intact.

Return shipping is at the customer's cost unless the item arrived defective or incorrect — in which case we cover it fully.

Because everything is made-to-order and hand-embroidered, we don't offer refunds — only exchanges or store credit.
