Does Paw Mahal ship across Pakistan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We ship to every city in Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar and Quetta. Delivery is a flat Rs. 300, and free on orders over Rs. 8,000.

How do I measure my dog or cat for the right size?

You need three measurements: chest girth (widest point behind the front legs), back length (base of neck to base of tail), and neck circumference. Use a soft measuring tape and leave two fingers of room. Our size guide (linked on every product page) maps these to XS through L.

What fabrics are used and are they pet-safe?

We use pet-safe cotton, lawn cotton, cotton-linen blends, raw silk, tulle and net. All fabrics are chosen for softness against fur, and every piece is lined with cotton where it touches skin. No harsh dyes, no scratchy zips.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Accepted Answer

Yes. COD is available across Pakistan on all orders up to Rs. 20,000. Prepaid orders via bank transfer or card get priority in our stitching queue.

What is the return or exchange policy?

Accepted Answer

We accept size exchanges within 7 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed pieces with tags intact. Because everything is made-to-order and hand-embroidered, we offer exchanges or store credit rather than cash refunds.

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Every piece is made to order, which takes 5–7 working days to stitch. After dispatch, delivery takes 2–4 days to major cities and 4–7 days to remote areas.
